Cancellation Policy

Health is Wealth Fitness Studio – Pod Classes Terms and Conditions 1. General Booking Information a. All Pod classes must be booked in advance to secure your place. b. Bookings can be made individually or as part of a block package (e.g., 10-session pass). c. Class availability is subject to capacity limits and is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Cancellation Policy a. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time. b. If cancellation is not received with at least 24 hours' notice, the full session fee will still be payable, regardless of whether you have booked a single session or a multi-session package. c. Failure to attend a booked session without appropriate notice will be considered a "no show" and charged accordingly. 3. Refunds and Transfers a. No refunds will be issued for missed or late-cancelled sessions. b. Sessions purchased as part of a block package are non-transferable and must be used by the named participant. c. Block session packages must be used within the validity period specified at the time of purchase. 4. Instructor Rights and Class Changes a. Health is Wealth Fitness Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes when necessary, including in cases of instructor illness or facility issues. b. In such cases, affected participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered the opportunity to reschedule or receive a class credit. 5. Health and Safety a. You are responsible for informing the instructor of any injuries, illnesses, or changes to your physical condition before the class begins. 6. Code of Conduct a. Respect for other participants, the instructor, and the facility is expected at all times. b. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from a class or termination of membership without refund.
