Health is Wealth Fitness Owner and Manager Dale Wilson is a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and is able to offer 1:1 and group Personal Training sessions.
Dale believes that anyone can create a positive change, and his goal is to ensure that each client, whether they work one to one or in a group session is a happier, more confident and healthier person by training safely and most of all ACHIEVING RESULTS.
